I used two differen't methods for comparison.  One is to pick an issue then you see the position of each candidate on that issue.  The other method allows you to pick two different candidates to see them side by side, sorted by my classification of the issues.

Click “Presidential Issues” to focus on one single topic and see how each candidate thinks about it.

Click “Compare Presidential Candidates” to focus on two candidates side by side with all the issues.

Click “Table that maps my issue clasifications to theirs” to see what is meant by my generalized classifications of the issues.

Please also note that this was an extremely difficult process, and any percieved hidden favoritisim in textual content is acciential, and will be corrected if I get notified.
