An “also ran” source was Wikipedia. I used this to help classify the issues into the lawful Presidential Powers, or Presidential Responsibilities. After all what's the point of a candidates opinion on something if they have no influence to do something about it. Like don't ask a Senator to plan on how to spend tax dollars, that's for Congressmen, right?
